Q: Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
A: No appointment necessary! Our showroom is open to walk-in customers during our opening hours.

Q: What are your showroom opening hours?
A: Our showroom is open Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We're closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Q: Is parking available at the showroom?
Unfortunately, we don't have our own car park. However, there is plenty of free parking around Heckmondwike Town Centre. Our closest car parks are just off Oldfield Lane, and round the back at the top of Kaye Street

A: No problem! Our showroom team has access to our full online catalogue and can show you detailed specifications, dimensions, and photos of any product. We can also check availability and delivery times.

Q: Can I test the beds and mattresses in the showroom?
A: Absolutely! We encourage customers to test our beds and mattresses. Take your time to find the perfect comfort level - there's no rush. For kids beds, these can also be tested, but please ensure kids are supervised when trying out the bunk beds and high sleepers.

A: We recommend spending at least 10-15 minutes on each mattress you're considering. Lie down in your normal sleeping position and really get a feel for the support and comfort.

Q: Do you have staff available to help with product selection?

Ex-Display & Clearance

Q: What does "ex-display" mean?
A: Ex-display items are products that have been used as showroom samples. They're in excellent condition but may show minimal signs of display use. They're offered at reduced prices.

Q: Are ex-display items covered by warranty?
A: Due to the significant discounts we offer on ex-display items, they are sold as seen and no warranty will be available.

Q: Can I take ex-display items home the same day?
A: In many cases, yes! Ex-display items are ready for immediate collection, subject to availability. Our team can arrange delivery for an additional £20.

Q: What condition are ex-display items in?
A: Our ex-display items are carefully maintained and are in excellent condition. Any minor marks or wear are clearly disclosed, and prices reflect the condition.

Delivery & Collection

Q: Can I arrange delivery from the showroom?
A: Yes, we offer the same free delivery service for showroom purchases as we do online - free delivery across England, Scotland, and Wales with no minimum spend.

Q: Is there a difference between showroom and online delivery?
A: No difference at all! You get the same professional delivery service, timing options, and customer care whether you order online or in our showroom.

Q: Can I collect my order from the showroom?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer a click & collect service. However, if the bed you like is in stock, we can deliver it to you, for free, the very next working day if you order before 1:30pm.

Q: Can you help me check if a bed will fit in my room?
A: Absolutely! Bring your room measurements and our team can help you choose the perfect size bed and advise on placement and clearance space needed.

Q: Do you provide measuring services?
A: While we don't offer home measuring services, our team can guide you on what to measure and provide detailed product dimensions to ensure the perfect fit.

Q: What should I measure before visiting?
A: Measure your room dimensions, ceiling height (for high sleepers and bunk beds), doorways, and stairways. Also note the position of windows, radiators, and plug sockets.

Kids' Beds Specific
